A former Police Officer, Firefighter, and Emergency Medical Technician, Michael dedicated over a decade to serving his community, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to helping others.
Today, Michael’s passion lies in empowering business leaders to get more of what they want by implementing simple, proven systems. As a Professional EOS Implementer®, and a Certified Outgrow Advisor, Michael specializes in driving operational excellence through EOS® and sales excellence with Outgrow.
Michael and his wife, Lauran, are proud parents to six amazing children. Outside of his work, Michael cherishes family time and is driven by his mission to help business leaders succeed both professionally and personally.
