I help small and medium-sized enterprises flourish by creating customized strategies that optimize enterprise value. My background includes starting, building, and selling my own businesses. Having that experience helps me better understand the wants and needs of business, the pain points and the happy places. As a business lawyer, I understand how to integrate reliable business judgment with veteran legal experience to help companies achieve their objectives on a practical business level. My combined experience in representing financial institutions, Fortune 100 companies, and SMEs (including traditional moms-and-pops) as both in-house and outside counsel have enabled my clients to reap the benefits of my experience in mergers & acquisitions, finance and growth strategies, corporate structuring & re-structuring, SaaS agreements, Data Protection & Privacy, and general transactional work. As a result of the positive outcomes I help clients achieve, I'm often engaged to start on a single project and then subsequently retained as outside counsel on a continuing basis.
