Acceleration occurs through the use of Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder, neuroscience brain skills, and professional coaching. In addition, I leverage leadership principles from 20+ years of diverse, special-missions military leadership, and 14 years of business and non-profit leadership.
I am currently pursuing professional coaching accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and am Meyers-Briggs MBTI and Gallup Clifton StrengthsFinder trained.
