30+ years success in corporate Sales and Sales Leadership.  Now an Advisor with Sales Xceleration providing Outsourced/Fractional Sales leadership services to small-mid size business owners.

I typically work with
two types of clients.  

  • The first type is very
    happy with their Sales team, want to get to the next level, just not sure
    how.  Or could use help starting and building a Sales team.
  • The second type of
    client is not as fortunate as the first, although they want to achieve
    improved success.  They may be:
    • Frustrated by Sales
      team turnover, difficulties attracting and retaining the right type of
      talent.
    • Concerned with one or
      two Sales reps producing most of the results (rainmakers), while the
      rest struggle.
    • Disappointed by a lack
      of Sales processes, tools, reporting, and effective compensation plans.
    • Under pressure with
      revenue declining, stagnant or not growing the way it should.
    • Upset because Sales
      leadership is ineffective.
