Michael (Mike) is a financially disciplined, solution-oriented operations leader with demonstrated success
in margin-sensitive, consumer-facing business environments. Adept at building engaged teams to turn
around underperforming functions, instilling discipline, restoring integrity,and creating profitable cultures
with an intense focus on the customer. He is skilled at hands-on customer service business leadership and
fast paced complex operations management leading to rapid performance improvement. Mike is solution
orientation, a skilled communicator and presenter, and influential at all organizational levels, and is an
advocate for systems and procedures that produce sustainable results.
Mike began his career in 1983 in retail management and in 1990 became what was at that time the
youngest person promoted to position of store manager with Albertson’s, a national grocery chain. In 1998
he turned down a position of regional operations manager and partnered with an existing commercial
janitorial firm as a 40% owner. In 2008 he purchased the company outright and made wholesale changes
due to the recession. In 2015 the company was sold for approximately 30 times its original purchase value.
Between 2015 and 2017 Mike worked as an independent contract consultant helping small to midsize
businesses improve productivity, morale, accountability, and profits.
In 2017 Mike took the position of Senior Community Association Manager with ACCU, Inc., one of Denver’s
largest and most historic HOA portfolio management firms. He facilitated the creation of a new mountain
division in Summit County. He focused on creating relationships with entities within the industry such as
construction companies and legal firms to create better profit-sharing protocol and increase word of mouth
marketing. Within his first year ACCU’s portfolio representation increased by 20%.
In 2018 Mike was offered the position of Vice President of Vendor Relations with Neighborhood
Management Inc., a Dallas, TX based HOA portfolio management firm who had purchased HAVEN, a small
company in Superior, CO. He created processes and protocol around project oversight that led to HAVEN’s
bottom line profit increase from -30% annually to +25% annually within only a 7-month period.
In 2020 Mike oversaw the service and application growth of MicroForce, LLC. Mike co-founded MicroForce
in 2015 as a surface disinfectant company and served as consultant. The pandemic saw scheduled
applications increase exponentially literally overnight and Mike became full time Director of Operations in
April of 2020, overseeing approximately 25,000,000 sq feet of surface disinfection application in 14 states
over a 6-month period.
In April of 2021 Mike became COO of the newly formed company, MicroForce Group, LLC. MFG represents
distributors and manufactures of products, services, and training protocols related to environmental safety
and infection prevention. He is tasked with the day-to-day growth and operations of both MFG and
