John has been a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) agent for 5+
years. Prior to becoming a CRE agent, he was a successful entrepreneur and
learned firsthand how difficult it is to run a growing small business in a
competitive market and challenging economy. The lessons he learned from that part
of his career taught him the importance of meticulous planning and judicious
decision-making to achieve his business goals.
Combining his business and CRE experience, John helps small
business owners capitalize on their commercial real estate investment
strategies. Through the acquisition and sale of owner-occupied properties, he
helps his clients maximize their returns and investment potential.
