I served in the Marine Corps from 2005 to 2010.
I received my law degree from CU Boulder.
I am a transactional lawyer specializing in business law, estate planning, and probate.
I have over 5 years of experience working with Colorado businesses.
I specialize in contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and outside in-house counsel legal services.
