Tina and her business partners saw the need of practical HR expertise that many companies don’t have access to on an as needed basis. So, in 2011, they gathered a team of HR professionals that have a heart for small to medium sized businesses. Their team provides HR support onsite or virtually, customized to their clients’ needs.
It all starts with an initial conversation with Tina to figure out if and where there may be a fit. Then, if they choose to engage, new clients meet with 2 of the HR team to conduct a 2-hour Discovery session. From their next steps are determined and now the client has an HR partner who gets to know their culture, management style and needs.
From project work to routine support to training workshops; VB HR looks to bring practical, relevant HR support to companies missing the needed HR experience in their businesses.
