Louie LeJeune has been a commercial banking resource for over a decade. He enjoys working with businesses, nonprofit organizations and municipalities in providing them solutions to save them time and money in accomplishing their banking needs.
Lending capabilities include real estate programs, equipment financing through loans and leases, lines of credit to manage cash flows, term loans for business acquisitions or buy-ins, and construction financing. Able to accomplish the banking needs of medical practices (and pharmacies) through the Practice Pathways division of Zionsbancorporation. Also, he has access to preferred lender status in all SBA financing programs.
Louie provides holistic business banking solutions around accomplishing treasury management and depository needs. He may work with businesses by upgrading their suite of business banking products and services - allowing them to operate more efficiently. Also, facilitates the accomplishment of escrow accounts and other 'For Benefit Of" account structures.
Finally, Louie is able to provide consumer banking programs through his robust Wealth Management program and through the retail branch network of Vectra Bank Colorado. He also has the ability to provide his clients' employees with an employee benefit package.
Most exclusive products include:
- 15/25 conventional financing on owner-user commercial real estate
- Conventional financing program that caters to medical practices and pharmacies to accomplish their acquisition, buy-in, expansion and commercial real estate borrowing needs.
-Equity Loan - where the practice's equity can be 'cashed-out' to be used for a number of purposes. These borrowing programs have fixed rates, are fully-amortizing, and do not require collateral.

In his free time, Louie enjoys supporting Colorado small businesses, spending time with his wife and three children, and serving others in the community. Originally from Ohio, he and his wife, have been in Colorado since 2007. Look for him at the local coffee roaster, on the slopes, on the many bike trails that the City of Denver has to offer, cheering on your local sports team, and coaching his oldest in sports!
