Bio
Eric Hill is a Commercial Property & Casualty Producer at Conexus Insurance Partners, where he helps business owners protect what they’ve built through thoughtful risk management and long-term insurance strategy. Before stepping into commercial insurance, Eric served as a business broker and M&A advisor, guiding owners through valuation, acquisition, and transition planning—experience that gives him a deep understanding of operational risk and what keeps entrepreneurs up at night.
A lifelong builder and problem-solver, Eric has built and sold three businesses of his own and knows firsthand what it takes to grow something from the ground up. His career also includes serving as a police officer early in life, which shaped his commitment to service, integrity, and community.
Eric is known for his relationship-driven approach and genuine desire to help people succeed. Today, he focuses on supporting middle-market businesses in Colorado—with a special interest in construction and skilled trades. Outside of work, he is an artist, outdoor enthusiast, and dedicated family man.
