I’m a holistic business coach for complex challenges.
I work with established business owners who are carrying more complexity than their current structures can support — where decisions affect business, relationships, and personal evolution all at once.
For nearly two decades, I worked inside Fortune 500 and 1000 companies as an analyst, facilitator, and mediator. During that time, I was also a single parent navigating significant life responsibilities alongside professional leadership.
In 2002, I stepped out to build my own business — alongside my husband — and have walked the path from entrepreneur to CEO.
Today, I help business owners simplify complexity, stabilize decisions, and consciously re-architect what no longer fits — so necessary change happens with clarity rather than collapse.
I don’t advise from the outside. I work relationally, helping leaders reorganize what is under strain so their business and life become coherent again.
Outside of business, I’m grounded by family, long walks, personal development, and a deep commitment to building a life that integrates enterprise and meaning.
