Strategic Business Consultant with Paychex, my focus is on helping small and
mid-sized businesses grow with confidence.
Through our Professional
Employer Organization (PEO) services, business owners gain scalable solutions
in HR, payroll, benefits, 401(k), and compliance—freeing them to concentrate on
what matters most. Simplifying operations, reducing risk, and building strong
workplace cultures are at the core of this work.

Partnering with leaders to deliver measurable results is especially rewarding.
Whether streamlining HR tasks, making Fortune 500-level benefits more
accessible, or guiding compliance efforts, the goal remains the same: empower

This
expertise is built on a career spanning financial services, higher education,
and residential mortgages.


Over 22
years as a loan officer, I supported families in achieving homeownership and
building generational wealth—relationships grounded in trust and long-term
partnership.


Earlier
work as an educational consultant and Research Director for The College Finder
helped students and families navigate admissions and financial aid, while time
as a licensed financial advisor added further depth to the financial perspective.

The
foundation for this path was laid at Regis University, where a degree in
Business Administration was earned alongside competing as an all-conference
soccer player. A professional playing career in the U.S. and abroad instilled
resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to
guide every business relationship today.
