TJ is a 40-year commercial banking veteran, MBA, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor who's worked closely with hundreds of SMBs and their owners. TJ's career also included 15 years of M&A financing for Private Equity firms, which gives Timberline Business Advisors the unique ability to view businesses through the lense of a lender and a buyer.
Timberline's mission is to help business owners build and harvest more valuable companies by providing fractional CFO, exit planning, and M&A advisory services. A native of Boston, TJ grew up in the Denver metro area and devoted his entire career to serving SMBs across the Front Range of Colorado. He currently lives in Littleton, CO, and has a strong reputation in the Denver area business community for integrity, honesty, and trusted advice.
Timberline's ideal client profile is founder-led or family owned businesses that have annual revenues between $5MM and $25MM, total employees between 10 and 100, and operate within most industries. When he's not working, TJ enjoys golf, cycling, hiking, and traveling with his wife to see their 4 adult children and 5 grandkids.
