Paul Jonez serves as a Preconstruction Manager for Golden Triangle Construction, where he partners with owners, clients, and design teams to guide projects from concept through construction. With 20+ years of industry experience, he leads estimating, budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews to help clients make informed decisions and achieve successful project outcomes.
He is a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) through the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and has contributed to more than $500 million in commercial construction projects. He is recognized for his collaborative approach, transparency, creative problem solving, and commitment to helping clients achieve their goals between cost, aesthetics, and function.
