I started in telecom in 1996 working for US West/Qwest (became CenturyLink and then Lumen). I also have worked for AT&T and Verizon, all of the above in sales, sales management and account management. I have been a telecom agent since 2017 - I can sell for virtually every telecom provider in the U.S. Here is my value proposition:
TekEfficient is a small, boutique local company that works with virtually every telecom provider in the U.S. Since telecom agencies aren’t tied to a single company, agents can use their expertise and relationships to get you the best deal for your individual needs. Being able to compare a variety of solutions means that you will be able to make a more informed decision. We will also be your long-term advocate and help to project manage implementations, as well as being there to assist with any needs in the future, such as repair, billing, etc.
There is no cost to the customer. Agents are paid by the providers. In fact, they have multiple ways of saving organizations money, from bill audits to securing the best possible pricing, and more.
Also, I have about 25 years in the industry, and I am ready, willing and able to assist not only with designing solutions but with responsive post-sale and escalation support if the need should arise.
On the personal side, my wife and I have lived in the University of Denver neighborhood for many years. We have two children, both in their twenties, and in my spare time my favorite activities are tennis, reading, cooking, playing guitar and bass and singing. Also, French is the main language in our home!
