Received Law Degree from
University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2009 and admitted to the Colorado
Bar in 2009. I have 8 years in private practice providing counsel to small and
mid-market businesses on a range of transactional and entity matters,
including M&A, entity formations, commercial transactions, debt and
equity financings, and trademarks. I have 5 years advising global nonprofit on
its corporate and transactional matters.
